It's difficult to get a precise measurement due to the stretchiness of the fabric but they measure as follows: Large: armpit to armpit 22", waist 13" at rest Medium: armpit to armpit: 21, waist 12.5" at rest. Please not that the waistband is elastic and has lots of stretch. These dresses are quite accommodating. I hope this helps! :)

rosegoldlining @breevas I'm wearing a large in these photos; as you can see there is a lot of room. The fabric has a lot of movement and give. So while they do run true to size, I would imagine you could still size down if you're okay with it being a little more fitted around the belly. Hopefully that makes sense.
