Navy Collared Sailor-like Dress- S

This has been worn twice and I got compliments both time! It's just a little shorter than what I'm comfortable, otherwise I would never get rid of it, it's classic and so lovely. Sorry for the wrinkles and be over exposed photos. The shots dont do it justice. The tag reads medium but it absolutely is more like a smaller- small if not a little loose of an extra small.
