Beautiful semi formal cocktail dress in navy with rhinestone details at neck. Bust is fully lined to wear without bra if desired. Zips up in the back. There is some minor threading as pictured, but it is not noticable on. Great for a dance, homecoming, gala, or a cruise. Very flattering cut.
