Navy Chiffon Pleated Dress

A beautiful navy blue dress with pleats/swing to the skirt and a slightly "puffed" sleeve. Sleeves are sheer. Skirt has sheer chiffon layer wit a lining underneath. Elastic/stretchy waist with a faux tie. Very Kate Middleton in style. Beautiful keyhole button closure on the back. I love this dress, but finally decided it's a little too short for me. I'm 5'10", and not young enough to pull off a 34" dress anymore ;) Pet free smoke free home. Always gently washed inside out and hung up to dry. Bundle for discounts. Will accept reasonable offers.
