Navy Blue satin dress size 4 petite NWT classic style, knee length

Beautiful satin finish with a slight stretch, knee length , sleeveless with a ruffle collar that surrounds your neck. Great feature if you want to accent that. Navy blue and never worn. I bought it from Loehmanns so def vintage now since it’s no longer available. Very classic style.
