Navy Blue dress

I ordered this dress to wear as a guest to a wedding and it was not delivered in time so I could not wear it. I did try it on and it is very nice but also a little too big for me. It is just not my style outside of occasions. I am 5’1 about 100lbs and it goes just below my knees and fits me semi loosely.
