Navy Blue blouse with sash

Adorable combo. The sash is slightly darker blue as I have dry cleaned the blouse more than the sash. Hard to see. I have worn the sash around neck many different ways and used as a belt. This little gem has lots of life left. I’m not sure if”T” is an actual brand. Might have been the name of store I purchased at in Los Angeles.
