Navy Blue and white strip A line skirt

Never worn, navy blue and white strip skirt. Satin-like material. In other words, there’s a bit of a sheen to the skirt. No pockets…even though it looks like it should have them. The tag reads size “L” but it fits small. I am a size 6 and it fits like a size 6.
