Navy Blue and Red Striped Form Fitting Dress

This is a Navy Blue and Red Striped Form Fitting Dress. It has a “v-shaped” opening on the back. It is from Windsor and is a size Small. It has only been worn once and is in excellent condition without wear and tear. From the bottom of the arm hole to the bottom of the dress it is 28-28.5 inches long. For the bust, it is 15in wide.
