Navy Blue Woman’s Tunic Top

Good used condition tunic top in navy. The tag was cut out, so I don’t remember what brand it is. Features crocheted detail on shoulders, faux tie at the midsection, and loose fit. Gathered with elastic at the waist for flattering silhouette. The bust area is flowing and loose so not sure what the bust measurement would be but probably not bigger than 44” bust.
