Navy Blue Textured Mini Skirt By Freestyle Revolution

This is a unique miniskirt because of the fabric. It's polyester but it's thick and solid with a lot of stretch. No buttons or zipper. 18.5 inches long. It has no hem. I'm guessing the fabric is laser cut. It's really cool. 💙
