Navy Blue Short Formal Dress

I wish I had a better picture of it on but this dress is a beautiful beautiful blue between cobalt and navy. It has one strap, has some tulle underneath to keep the skirt a bit puffed and flowy, the right side between the jewels is sheer, and it is a little longer in the back. I only wore this dress once for homecoming and it was really comfortable and nice to dance in and it was stunning whenever I spun in it
