Navy Blue Romper

Navy blue romper with white neckline. Has a string that can be tied in a bow or left hanging. The front of the romper has a flap to make it look like a dress or skirt. Really soft and comfortable, it is a size small but runs small so it probably fits like an extra small. I loved this romper so it has been worn but there are no stains or anything and is still in good shape.
