Halter Neck Navy Blue Prom Dress ( Knee Length ) Bought from Dillards for $130 in 2016 for my prom 💙 I haven’t worn this since my prom and it’s time to let it go. It’s absolutely gorgeous on and the backless part adds to it. Has padding in it so you don’t need a bra unless you want to. The gems in the front are really pretty and none of them are missing.
