Navy Blue Occasion Floor Length Dress

This is a floor length navy blue dress. The front and back are v-neck and have diagonal pleating on the bust and vertical pleating from the waist down. The back has a hidden zipper. It has two small loops at the waist for a belt but it was missing the belt when I bought it. The loops can easily be removed. Only worn once!
