Navy Blue Midi Dress with Lace/Ruffles

In brand new condition! I think I only wore it briefly once. It’s very lovely and classy looking, I will say it runs big. I would say it’s more a S in my opinion even though it says XS. It’s very loose and flowy on me, I’m only 5’1 and 32B, and the chest area is very loose, so definitely room for a bigger bust. It also ties with a sash.
