Stunning navy blue lace and steel embellished short formal/prom dress. This dress is amazing quality with full boning and padding with multiple layers of tulle in the skirt. It has a zipper closure and a hook closure on the neck that creates a keyhole back. It has a lace top half of the dress with jewels sewn in that create a faux belt effect.
