Navy Blue Lace Hi-Lo Dress

NWT, never worn, only tried on. Originally bought to wear as a chaperone for Prom, however the weather is going to be colder than expwcted and I am going with a warmer option. Fantastic color, light weight comfortable fabric, would be great for a formal event like a wedding or a date night. Wish I had a reason to keep it. very good quality.
