Navy Blue Girl's Dress

This dress is very minimalistic and in great conditions. It's very simple but it can be dressed up so I marked it as formal. However, if the occassion calls for, it can also be a casual dress. I don't know the brand because when my sister wore it she complained of tag itch so we cut it off. Anyhow, its a very pretty dress. It also has ties at the sides to take in the waist.
