Navy Blue Formal or Prom dress

Floor length, silky navy blue dress. Halter top. Embellished with crystals. A few crystals are missing but this could be easily fixed and it is not noticeable from a distance. No stains, tears of rips. Smoke free home. Size 4 (typically a 2-4 so runs a little small). I’m 5’9 and it hits me right at the floor with flats on.
