Navy Blue Famition Swiss Dot Tunic Dress

I wore this exactly 1 time at my nephew’s wedding. I haven’t worn it since. It’s basically brand new. It’s a beautiful sheer navy color with a solid slip that extends to the bodice. The sleeves are gathered and the bottom is ruffled. I took these photos outside and the colors certainly appear varied; so for the true color, look at the ruffle picture.
