Navy Blue Dress w Velvet Lace

Navy Blue dress with black velvet lace! Beautiful velvet! Worn once New condition The zipper doesn’t like to zip past the waist seam. It takes a few minutes, but it will work. I tried to use soap to fix it, hence the white in the zipper. Juniors size small. It fits me and I am a women’s size 4 with about a 28” waist.
