Navy Blue Dress

A great dress for a casual Spring day or dress It up for a wedding or event with some pumps. Worn only once. Soft material, form fitting on my 5'9", size 8 body, but not too tight. Cute cutout detail around the waist to highlight any figure. The little frill on the bottom is not too protruding and definitely helps accentuate the backside.
