sweetbliss22 @tootempted the ruffle unzips off the dress, so you can wear it 2 ways. The dress measures from shoulder to hem 32 inches. The fabric of the dress is 100 Polyester, but it looks denim. This dress does have some stretch to it💞 let me know if this will work for you and I'll make a new listing for you to purchase!
