Navy Blue Blouse

This is a beautiful navy colored blouse that is perfect for most occasions. It's quite dark blue (almost black unless you're in good lighting), it is gorgeous and flowy. I purchased it without trying it on, and it doesn't fit because I have an awkwardly long torso. It has 3/4 sleeves and an elastic bottom that pulls the shirt in around the bottom. 15.25" across the hem. 20.5" from the hem to the shoulder. 14.5" from the end of the sleeve to the armpit.
