Stunning Navy blue full length skirt with a fit and flare look - more fitted through knee, then flares out. Belt is rhinestone covered. Back of skirt is adorned with a ruffle from waist and down center. Skirt only part of two piece set. Top is missing. New with Tags Brand is Sequin Heart. Size 9 measures about waist 28” hips 38” length 46”.

tessicaodo @featheraz I want to apologize. I had no idea the zipper on that skirt was broken... My bad and I take full responsibility. As you can see it still has tags, These items are donated,and proceeds go to charity, so I don’t take the time as I should to make sure all parts are working, especially on new items.
