Navy Black Pattern Dress

Me of my favorite dresses of all time!! Navy fitted dress with black velvet pattern detail. I’m a former news anchor that used to wear this on-air. After having a baby, this no longer fits me right. Non smoking home with no stains or tears! The only thing to note is some wear in the armpits (pictures) but you cannot see this when the dress is on (unless your hands are straight up in the air).
