Navy Bailey Blue Dress

A beautiful dark navy blue dress with an empire waist and long, flowy skirts! A delicate “see through” lace top (ie there’s no lining underneath) across both the front and back. • CONDITION: In excellent condition with no appreciable stains, rips, or tears! Worn once for a college event / dance lol.
