shelle_sells @ida_luck it’s definitely a dark navy. It’s more blue in bright lighting but in everyday lighting it’s closer to black. I find it helpful to check google images so you can see it modeled on other people and in different light.

shelle_sells @sarahoyt11 It's adjustable. It has 7 holes that you can use to adjust it. The 14 inches is the first hole so you have about 6 inches more available.
