Navy 3/4 sleeve Midi

This is a lovely, comfortable late summer evening dress. With it's simply patterned see through sleeves/overlay and the flattering empire waistline, this dress looks great on anyone! Size small but runs big, more like a standard medium. But looks nice as a loose fit as well! Never been worn, but tags removed.
