Large Signed Navajo Artisan Daniel Benally cluster turquoise statement ring set in Sterling silver. Adjustable in size and weighs 29 grams. There appears to be hairline scratch toward the bottom of center stone. It appears to just be on the surface since the stone is stable. Difficult to see because it looks like the natural matrix but wanted to call it out.
Daniel Benally
Daniel Benally, a renowned Navajo (Diné) silversmith, gained recognition for his intricate silver jewelry that combined traditional Navajo motifs with contemporary flair. His hallmark, a stylized "D" formed by etched triangles, reflects his distinctive design approach.
Active from the mid to late 20th century, Daniel's work spanned a variety of pieces, including bracelets and necklaces, often featuring high-quality turquoise stones. He was a key figure in the Navajo jewelry community, mentoring his wife, Marita Benally, and influencing many other artists. Today, his work remains highly sought after, continuing to inspire collectors and artisans alike.

@pengland2010 sorry for the delay. I’ve added some photos of the ring being worn. It’s stunning!

@pengland2010 it’s adjustable in size. One side of the band is not soldered onto the ring base. It’s very comfortable to wear.
