Nautical look skirt with rope belt

Gently used, great condition, preppy, nautical blue skirt with a removable white rope tie belt. It has four pockets! Two in the back, two on the sides.this skirt has a lot of wear left in it, it's just too big on me now. Measurements when laying flat: 17 inches across the top 20 inches across the hips 20.5 inches across the bottom 16.5 inches length
