size measures 12" across with minimal stretch barely could fit my mannequin so I figured this is an XS pr XXS no brand marked could maybe have been part of a swimsuit and it appears vintage to me the material doesn't seem like swimwear I think this was probably pair of a sailor or nautical outfit see it paired with other items in my closet I also had a hard time deciding if this was a very dark navy blue versus black so cute and would look great paired with a blazer
