Unknown brand. Beautiful, flowy, blue & white stripped dress with 3/4 sleeves that open up into a bell sleeve. I bought this dress second hand but it did not fit my arms so it has never been worn and is great condition. Measurements in inches (all approximate, taken with the item lying flat): Bust: 40” Waist: 42” Hip: 46” Flare: 80” Arms: 12” Strap to Hem: 33” (one side)
