Nautical Blue and White Decorative Plate

Elegant decorative plate featuring a nautical ship design. Blue and white color scheme with intricate patterns. Made in Spain. Please see the last two pictures as there is something to disclose. On one side of the plate there is a slight discoloration and on the other side of the plate. There are too small chips or scratches. I’ve taken careful pictures when you purchase the plate it would be very easy to put white paint or white out and you would not notice them as you can see from the cover picture. You do not notice the scratches when the plate is on the table.
