rubywooslipper @beachgirl4444 hi there they are a flexible type of plastic - just says man made material on sticker Size on bottom of shoe is USA 9 see picture Definitely size 9 based on fit as well Regardless of box stating 10, inside shoe 10, sticker in box w 10.
