Hello. The picture seems to show some white peeling on the shoe. Is the paint peeling on these shoes. I ask because I had shoes box stored and the paint peeled and my shoe repairmen told me box storing shoes is not good because they dry rot when stored. Let me know if shoes are peeling.

@dimickle I’m not sure what white spots you are referring to? The patent leather is shiny so it may be a reflection? As far as peeling in the red there is none. Granted they are not brand new patent leather so there is some wrinkling texture in spot but these are vintage shoes circa late 80s probably. There is not peeling of the original red however
