The dress is made of highest quality silk, tulle, and lace. Layers of turquoise silk and nude tulle and lace kicked out with crinoline sweep the floor for a high dramatic finish. This dress was custom designed and tailored for its owner. It has never been worn.

lulu_kay @lilobabes Bust: 36 Inches Waist: 27 Inches Hips: 37 Inches. The dress has been tailored, so there’s extra fabric tucked into the dress in case you want to alter it. It can easily be altered to a full size bigger all around

lulu_kay @lilobabes a bit long. I’m 5’3” and i wear 4” heel wth the dress. You can easily alter it to be shorter (the tailor can cut/tuck fabric in the narrow area around the knees, where the dress starts to flare out)
