Natural Life Navy blue Velvet dress NWT L

Hello, You are looking at a brand new Natural Life Navy blue velevet Maxi. I bought it for my daughters wedding and it didn't make it in time so I had to go with a different dress. It is absolutely beautiful! I can't get proper lighting for photos. 95% polyester, 5% spandex it has a super soft feel but is also heavy. The kind of heavy that makes a dress lay just right. 55" from shoulder to hem 42" around the umpire...but it has stretch.
