To me, this appears to be a rutilated Elestial quartz that is also known as skeletal quartz, window quartz and mud quartz. Window Quartz is known for its natural etched formations in the crystal structure. This is the result of dissolution and crystallization layers while the Quartz is growing. Inside the crystal, clay mineral inclusions give it a warm golden hue and flashes of rainbow prisms can be seen—and I found them in this specimen.
