Native American appliqué Jean midi skirt with feather faux suede tunic EVC small

This is either an absolutely quality handmade piece or a boutique item. The gorgeous cotton flare skirt comes in a blue Jean material and has a heavily embroidered and appliquéd native American dancer on the front. It is signed Jan 1984. Skirt measures approximately 26 inches long. Waist measures 13 inches with no stretch and closes with a talon metal zipper. The tunic top is a cream colored faux suede, and has fringe of beads and feathers that can be removed for cleaning. Wide arm holes and an almost boat style neck. Comes with a sash That measures approximately 44 1/2 inches long without the additional beaded fringe. A few loose threads at the sides of the tunic top as shown, but this set looks to be never worn or in near perfect condition. One of a piece.
