Native American Trinket Box

Purchased from a Native American store in Utah, near the National Arches in Moab. Measurements are roughly 5x5". There appears to be an engraving on the bottom (I'm assuming from the artist). Colors are Black, Tan and a Grey color. The design on the lid is carved.
