Appears to be Handmade and Direct from Alaska! This one is special! Vibrant floral pattern, large front pockets, full zip, hooded with wolverine fur trim with nails intact!
Measurements:
Length, shoulder to hem: 39"
Pit to pit: 26.5”
Sleeve, shoulder seam to cuff: 29”
Our advice for a good fit: measure your clothing , not your body. We measure the dimension of the garment, and you should consider what dimensions will fit best on you. A garment the same size as you is likely to feel tight.

@kaniqgauvain Hello, and thank you for your offer and order. I very much appreciate your reasonable offer. It’s quite a bit lower than I wanted and much lower than originally priced, but felt like it was fair. Some of these are priced over $1k online! Once the payment issue is resolved, I can get this beautiful, rare coat out to you tomorrow! :)

@thegreatbelzoni I'm sorry but I didn't notice the measurements so I'm afraid it won't fit me

@kaniqgauvain that would be unfortunate. That said, I took those measurements from the friend I got the coat from, so I’m going to do them again myself. If anything changes, are you still interested? They may be accurate, but worth checking

@kaniqgauvain hello, hope you’ve had a great week! Just as I suspected/hoped, the measurements ended up being a bit larger than before. I just posted them. The pit to pit is 26.5” and the sleeve, from shoulder seam to cuff, is 29”. Does that work better?

Do you know where this is from? I’m alaska native and trying to find an Alaskan made parka for my grandmothers funeral this summer.

@appleg1234 Hello there, thanks for your message. Really hope I can help provide something for such a special occasion. Sorry for your family’s loss. This beautiful parka appears to be completely handmade so it is unbranded, but was purchased from a shop in Alaska, so I’ve always assumed it had to be handmade there! Not a lot of these would make their way all the way to AK :)

Hello- I am curious. How did you come to have this garment in your possession? These are handmade and the Alaska natives that make them keep them in the family. In 40+ years living and visiting Alaska, I have never seen one of these on anyone that was not Alaska native. Thank you and looking forward to hearing from you. A stunning example of native craftsmanship.
