Nations Outfitters: Detachable Straps, Fully Lined, Size: Small

This dress is made in the USA and feels like cotton but I don’t see a label with the material listed. The bodice has strips of flexible fabric to give it shape, the straps are attached with buttons (see photos) and the fabric is a bit frayed by design. It’s a tiny little dress.
