This Coat dates to the 1940's. This beautiful blue & cream coat is very special. Check out those arm cuffs and their shape! The coat is fully lined. The Union label is in great shape and easily readable. Please look at the measurements as their is not a size listed in the coat. The National Recovery Board was a trade organization that came about in order to assure that garments were made in accordance with the Fair Labor Standards. The label assured consumers that the garment was made by workers who were not working excessive hours and who were being paid a fair hourly wage. This label is seen from 1936 until 1972.
