This is a National Car Rental Happy Looker by Bibi Comb & Mirror Set with Case. I don't know the date it was made, but I would guess late 1980s and early 1990s. Condition Details: Has some wear. The spots where the mirror is glued down are started to show through the mirror. The plastic case has some discoloration. See pictures for details.
