anthemoessa @minnellek Thank you so much for your understanding! I’m just getting a chance to measure. The bust and waist (laying flat / not stretched) on the 10 is 36” / 30”. The dress has a small amount of stretch so it would fit a bit smaller or larger as well.

anthemoessa @ej111 I'm so sorry for the delay! My son left for boot camp today so it's the first I've been able to check messages. These are European designed so generally the non stretch items can run a tad small so I think you'd be fine with the size 4. 💕
