Nasty Gal Rehab Black Cutout Dress Size Small

Great for a costume party! Lots of cutouts. Bust area embellished with black spiky beads. High-low dress with shorter front. I hemmed it (poorly) to not drag on the ground (I’m 5’0” but I was wearing three inch-heels). It’s got a tiny pull in the front. It has three hooks in the back and one is a little loose and needs a new stitch to hold it in place. Only get for a costume, not if you’re looking for a perfect condition dress!
