Nasty Gal Polka Dot Tie-Back Blouse

Adorable blouse from Nasty Gal with open tie-back and polka dots. Perfect for summer and wearing over a swimsuit. Worn 2-3 times, great condition other than one small hole on the seam that is not noticeable and could be stitched very easily (shown in last photo).
