Super cute flowy pleated mini shorts from Nasty Gal in a bright navy blue. Sheer, chiffon outer material with a thick inner lining. High waisted, pleated style with high cut legs and a wide (almost a-line) shape. Button and zipper enclosure at the waist. Very flattering fit! Definitely short but without showing anything inappropriate. Almost a retro pin up vibe. Sad to give these away!
